The PRofec is compact, powerful and easy to use electronic boost contorller for standard pneumatic actuator or external wastegates. The large OLED Display, with the simple two-button / rotary-dial control, make for intuitive operation. An ultra slim controller can display in digital, bar-graph, or graphical modes and can be rotated 180 degree for installation with the included adjustable mount or flush mounted. By separating the display and control unit in the driver’s compartment, from the engine compartment-mounted, waterproof, sensor unit, it makes installation straightforward. Only one thin harness is required to be routed through the firewall. The combination of the new 300kPa (43.5psi) integrated pressure sensor, the more compact solenoid valve and faster ECU processer, provide quicker response and the most stable boost curves yet. The PRofec also maintains popular features like, Lo, Hi, Scramble boost presets, last-boost display, peak-hold recall, warning alert and safety limiter. Intuitive operation with dial

The dial switch, which is a symbol of the Profec series, is also used in this series. You can operate it intuitively and easily while sitting in the driver's seat. Even with a compact body, high operability is achieved by using a dial switch.

Adopts new solenoid and CPU

Uses a small, large-capacity solenoid valve. In addition, the latest CPU has improved the control speed and realized a stable boost.

Separate controller and power unit

Separated controller and power unit to realize a compact body. The power unit has a simple waterproof specification and can be installed in the engine room. Since there is only one harness that can be pulled into the room, there is no need to pull multiple harnesses into the room.

Excellent visibility with OLED display

Uses an OLED (organic EL) display with excellent visibility. By adopting OLED, which is brighter than conventional liquid crystals and can display clearly even with a wide viewing angle, it demonstrates excellent visibility even on a compact size screen.

Compact and thin body allows free installation

The thin controller with a thickness of 89 mm x 36.5 mm and a thickness of 11 mm (excluding the switch part) can be attached to the instrument panel surface as it is. In addition, the screen direction can be changed by 180 °, regardless of the harness layout or the direction of the operation unit.

Equipped with many convenient functions

Boost display pattern can be selected from 3 patterns.

• Not only LO and HI but also scramble mode can be set for boost setting.
• Equipped with a warning function that warns with a display and an alarm when the set boost value is exceeded.
• Equipped with a limiter function that lowers the boost by the set amount when the warning is activated.

• Built-in high-performance pressure sensor that supports up to 300 kPa.
• Equipped with a last boost function that allows you to check the maximum boost value at positive pressure that was applied until then when the pressure changed from positive pressure to negative pressure.
• Equipped with a peak hold function that allows you to check the maximum boost value.
• It is possible to adjust the stability and rise of boost by adjusting GAIN and START BOOST.
