A baffle plate with a shark duct that balances the prevention of engine oil falling into the oil pan and shifting.
While preventing the engine oil from shifting, which tends to occur during acceleration / deceleration and cornering, it also realizes a smooth return of engine oil to the oil pan.
The shape is optimized so that the oil strainer can suck engine oil in a stable manner.
