The core of the radiator is welded in a vacuum brazing furnace, no epoxy. The tanks are 100% welded by TIG

To Comply with the 12 months warranty you must prove the following has been done 
1. Must have flushed the old cooling system to remove any rusty water or old Coolant. 

2. Must have new coolant put in with the New Radiator following the coolant suppliers guidelines.
